本ページは、合同会社ゼク（ZEC Inc.）が提供するWebサイト、アプリケーション、デジタルツールに関する基本的なプライバシーポリシーです。
This page describes the general privacy policy for websites, applications, and digital tools provided by ZEC Inc.
基本方針
当社は、利用者のプライバシーを尊重し、サービス提供に必要な範囲を超えて個人情報を取得しないよう努めます。
We respect user privacy and aim to minimize data collection wherever possible.
取得する情報
当社のアプリケーションでは、利用者が入力した情報は原則として端末内に保存され、外部へ送信されません。アプリごとに外部送信や追加の取得が必要な機能がある場合は、当該アプリ内または関連ページで明示します。
- アプリ内で利用者が入力・保存する記録、設定、メモ等
- お問い合わせ時に利用者から提供されるメールアドレス、本文等
アプリ内の「ご意見・お問い合わせ」から送られた内容（アプリ名・版・端末の種類・言語を含む）は Google フォームに保存され、アプリの改善とお問い合わせへの返信のためにだけ使います。
Messages sent from "Feedback & Contact" in our apps (including the app name, version, device type and language) are stored in Google Forms and used only to improve our apps and to reply to you.
In general, data entered into our applications remains on your device and is not transmitted externally unless a specific feature clearly states otherwise.
iCloud を使う機能
一部のアプリには、記録の同期・バックアップや、招待した相手との共有のために、Apple の iCloud（CloudKit）を使う機能があります。これらの機能を利用者がオンにした場合、データは利用者自身の iCloud アカウント（共有の場合は共有を作成した利用者の iCloud）に保存されます。当社のサーバーには送信されず、当社がその内容を閲覧することはできません。iCloud でのデータの取り扱いには、Apple のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
Some of our apps offer features that use Apple's iCloud (CloudKit) to sync or back up your records, or to share them with people you invite. When you turn these features on, the data is stored in your own iCloud account (or, for sharing, in the iCloud account of the person who created the share). It is not sent to our servers, and we cannot view it. Apple's privacy policy applies to data stored in iCloud.
ヘルスケア（Apple Health）を使う機能
一部のアプリ（例: Sheep to Sleep、Moodwash）には、Apple のヘルスケアと連携する機能があります。この機能は初期状態ではオフで、利用者がオンにし、iPhone の画面で許可した種類のデータだけを読み書きします（例: マインドフルネスの時間、睡眠、歩数、心の状態、周期の記録）。ヘルスケアから読んだデータは画面に表示するために端末の中で使うだけで、当社のサーバーには送信せず、iCloud にも保存しません。広告や第三者への提供には一切使いません。許可は iPhone の「設定」→「ヘルスケア」→「データアクセスとデバイス」からいつでも取り消せます。ヘルスケアのデータの取り扱いには、Apple のプライバシーポリシーも適用されます。
Some of our apps (for example, Sheep to Sleep and Moodwash) can connect to Apple Health. This feature is off by default. When you turn it on, the app reads or writes only the data types you allow on your iPhone (for example, mindful minutes, sleep, steps, state of mind or cycle records). Data read from Health is used on your device only to show it to you. It is not sent to our servers, not stored in iCloud, and never used for advertising or shared with third parties. You can revoke access at any time in Settings > Health > Data Access & Devices. Apple's privacy policy also applies to Health data.
利用目的
取得した情報は、お問い合わせへの対応、サービスの提供・保守、不具合調査、利用者への必要な連絡のために利用します。
第三者提供
法令に基づく場合を除き、利用者の同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供することはありません。
We do not share personal data with third parties without user consent, except where required by law.
