SillyComboVoice
Kids pick three word cards and a serious textbook voice reads the silly nonsense combos aloud.
Overview
SillyComboVoice (also known as Silly Word Beat) is a playful word-sound app for kids. Children pick three pleasant-sounding English nouns from a word group, and a serious, textbook-style synthesized voice reads out a sequence of nonsense word combos. The fun comes from the gap between plain educational sentences — "I have a pineapple." — and the meaningless compound words the app builds from the chosen cards.
There are three sound groups to play with, each with its own sentence pattern and exclamation: Pop Words ("I have a..." + "Boom!"), Tap Words ("This is a..." + "Ta-da!"), and Click Words ("I like a..." + "Click!"). Every combination generates an eight-line script, previewed on screen and then read aloud line by line with steady pauses, highlighting the line being spoken. The app even gets English grammar right, switching between "a" and "an" automatically.
The whole app is one simple screen with no accounts, no network features, and no ads or pop-culture tie-ins — just word cards, emoji, and a deadpan voice that makes kids laugh.

FAQ
Is SillyComboVoice free?
Yes, it is free to download and use. Check the App Store listing for current pricing details.
Is it safe for kids? Does it collect any data?
The app is local-only, with no network features, no accounts, and no ads. The only stored data is a local counter of created combos on your device.
Does it work offline?
Yes. The app has no network features at all, so everything works without an internet connection.
How does the voice reading work?
The app uses the iPhone's built-in speech synthesizer. Each line of the generated script is spoken separately with steady pauses, and the line being read is highlighted on screen.
What are the sound groups?
Pop Words use "I have a/an ..." with "Boom!", Tap Words use "This is a/an ..." with "Ta-da!", and Click Words use "I like a/an ..." with "Click!". Each group has its own word cards.
Does my child need to read English to use it?
The word cards show emoji alongside the words, the sentences are very simple, and the app reads everything aloud, so it works well even for kids still learning to read.
