Number Forge - Daily Puzzle
One new number puzzle a day: forge six numbers with + - x / into the target and keep your streak alive.
Overview
Number Forge is a daily number puzzle. Every day brings exactly one new puzzle: combine six numbers using addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division to forge the target number. Pick two tiles and an operation, forge them into a new number, and work your way to the target in as few operations as you can.
Because there is only one puzzle per day and everyone in the world gets the same one, it becomes a short daily brain habit rather than an endless time sink. Par shows the minimum possible number of operations, so even after you solve it there's a reason to think harder. Streaks, par-match counts, and spoiler-free result sharing keep the habit going - and the whole game works completely offline.
A Home Screen widget (small and medium) shows today's target before you solve, or your result and streak after - and an optional once-a-day reminder helps you keep the chain, though the app works fully without notifications.

FAQ
Is Number Forge free?
Yes. The current version is completely free with no ads and no in-app purchases. App Store pricing can change, so check the listing for current details.
How does the daily puzzle work?
Each day there is one new puzzle, generated from the date, and every player in the world gets the same one. You combine six numbers with + - x / to reach the target number.
What is par?
Par is the minimum possible number of operations for that day's puzzle. Solving is one thing - matching par is the real challenge, and the app counts your par matches over time.
Does it work offline?
Yes, completely. Puzzles are generated on your device and the app makes no network requests.
Is there a widget?
Yes, in small and medium sizes. Before you solve, it shows today's target with a quick way into the game; after you solve, it shows your result and current streak. It updates at midnight for the next puzzle.
What data does the app collect?
None. There is no account, no tracking, and no analytics. Your streaks and results stay on your device.
Will it send me notifications?
Only if you turn on the optional once-a-day reminder. It skips days you have already solved, and the app works fully without notifications.
